Penny was formerly the Executive Director for Talent Development of the IT & Business Process Associatin of the Philippines (IBPAP) and have more than 20 years of working experience focusing on human resource management in the industry. She is the first Filipino to have been granted full certification on the SUCCESS PRINCIPLES last 2015.
